Selywn and team were very helpful & patient to walk my through the steps to getting new Title documents while ensuring our bike was safe in the warehouse. As luck would have it UPS lost the Title documents. I said goodbye to the bike, hoping to see it back in Canada upon my return. I was only going to be in Arizona for 10 days, Selwyn worked with me on a convenient time for the motorbike to be picked up and shipped to Canada the movers arrived promptly and professional (with masks) they handled our boulevard cruiser with care, going over all the paper and shipping details with me. I sent an email asking for some shipping details and pricing Selwyn responded back within the first couple of days. I went on the Internet looking for a transport company and came across US Canada auto transport. Given the pandemic I decided to sell our vacation home in Arizona and import our motorbike into Canada. I had never shipped anything across country before, let alone between 2 countries. I’m not one to write a lot of reviews, but given the circumstances of the pandemic and the borders being closed I wanted to acknowledge the outstanding customer service I received from Selwyn and his staff.
